Procurement Unit Leader (Finance): The person responsible for administering all financial matters pertaining to vendor contracts, leases, and fiscal agreements.

Planning Section Chief [1 or 2] (Planning): The person responsible for supervising the Planning Section. Reports to the Incident Commander and is a member of the General Staff. This position may have one or more deputies assigned.
